To face the constraints related to the health situation EURECOM has adapted its teaching conditions as the situation has evolved

Since the beginning of September we have invested massively in an infrastructure that allows students to follow the course live from a distance and to view its recording on a differed basis.
Each classroom has been equipped with
- A solution to broadcast the content of the presentations
- A smart camera that focuses on the teacher throughout the lesson (even if the teacher is moving). 
- A solution to show the content of the room's whiteboard: dedicated camera or native solution to capture the whiteboard in newly equipped rooms.
- A recording system that allows each teacher to publish his or her lessons in a dedicated channel.
The video stream from the presenter's camera is systematically broadcast AND recorded, the teacher has the choice to broadcast AND record the slides or the whiteboard,
Thanks to our broadcasting platform, each student can watch all the courses. He or she also benefits from :
- An indexing of the video by chapter or slide. It is thus possible to view only the part of the course corresponding to a chapter, or a keyword searched for.
- The possibility to choose the display mode. He can at any time choose to view either both videos at the same time (teacher AND slides or whiteboard), or one of them in full screen.
All of the solutions implemented are based on our IT infrastructure and allow professors and students to continue teaching in mixed mode, both face-to-face and remotely, in the best possible conditions.
